To date we have approximately 65 people on our plant floor. We have representation of every trade including:
. Welding
. Framing (carpentry)
. Plumbing
. Electrical
. Cabinetry
. Finishing (carpentry)
. Exterior Metal (carpentry)
. Sandblasting/Paint Shop

We actively promote the apprenticeship program through out the plant. We believe the more knowledgeable a person is the more of an asset that individual is to the company.

We have a comprehensive benefit plan including Alberta Health and Blue Cross, Disability and Life Insurance. We recently have introduced a payroll RRSP for our staff which at this time is strictly based on employee's contributions.

Our plant also has new washroom facilities with lockers and showers for the production staff and fully outfitted lunch room.

We are a privately owned enterprise, the largest privately owned manufacturer of executive class well site trailers. We believe in doing things which you would not normally find in a corporate environment. For example:
