With our plant expansion completed in early 2006, we now have 36,000 square feet of production space.

To control our costs and maintain our high standards of quality control, we manufacture almost every aspect of our units in house.

This includes:
. A full welding/fabrication shop
. A 64 foot semi automated framing table system
. Over head cranes to minimize manual handling of all material
. A modern sandblasting/paint shop
. A fully automated CNC router cutting system in our cabinet shop
. A PVC foil door press for our lamination applications
. A skate/rail system for moving our trailer/skids thru the plant
. Scissor lifts through out the plant to minimize ladder work
. A computerized inventory control program to ensure a steady flow of inventory

We have ten stages of production in our facility. This ensures a constant flow of product and reduces worker congestion at any one stage. We strongly believe in efficiency in our operations. We want our people to work smarter not harder.

We must operate in as cost effective environment as we possibly can. We monitor every division of our plant production and track every man hour by department and trailer unit. We are proud to say that we have reduced our production time by 300 man hours per well-site unit in the last year alone.

Due to our high volume of purchasing we are able to constantly negotiate discounted pricing for all of our inventory product line. We now purchase a large portion of our stock direct from the manufacturers which in turn, allow us to constantly improve the quality and amenities in our trailers without affecting the end user's costs.

All of our floor designs are completed in house. Our design team believes in listening to our client's needs. The floor plans illustrate this through the spacious accommodations you will find in our rig shacks. Whether it is a 62'6" Well Site or a 41' Super Single, comfort, quality and attention to detail is always the priority.
