All aspects of our construction standards are well above the industry standard. A few examples of our construction methods that are reflected in the all aspects of our product line wheather they are a trailer floor plan, an office project or camp facility are:

- 2" X 10" floor systems with laminated beam headers and all floor joists 16" on centre

- All floors have bottom sheeting and are insulated with R20 fiber glass insulation

- All floors have a double layer of 3/8" sheeting that is glued and screwed to the floor system

-All heating duct work is built into floor systems

- All gas and plumbing is designed into the sub flor systems (no raised flooring)

- Commerical grade vinyl flooring

- Commercial grade carpet with underlay

- 2" X 6" Exterior walls are 16" on center and insulated with R20 fiber glass insulation

- All exterior sheeting is glued and screwed for added strenght and durability

- All interior walls are vinyl coated plywood (glued and nailed) unless where fire rated drywall is required for building codes.

- All exterior and interior walls are lagged to adjoining systems including floors amd roofs.

- All interior walls are 16" on center and insulated with R12 fiber glass insulation

- All plumbing is primarily Pex product and all plumbing and connections are out of view

- Roof systems are 2" X 8" construction, are 16" on center and insulated with R20 fiber glass insulation.

- All inreior roofs have 5/8" fire rated drywall

- Upper roof system (second level) is sloped for adequate drainage and has Dek Tek roofing membrane which is a very durable, water proof system and can be heat welded at any time for repairs.

- All vents and chimneys are extended to address any/all concerns regarding snow build up.

- All plumbing, gas, electrical have chases built in to feed to the grade foundation to connection to points as designated in our preliminary proposal.

- We use a multi color scheme of brown/tan and black, 26 gauge ribbed metal for our exteriors, and all exterior points are water sealed utilizing putty tape, exterior grade silicone or a combination of both. (The exterior colors are subject to the final approval of the client)

- Designs can include built in water and sewer holding tank system

- Sewage treatment systems can be provided
