We have combined a single operation engineer office unit with the privacy of an individual living quarter.

This versatile, easy to move unit, has all the amenities that are standard with Auburn Rentals.

Our kitchen/living area features a complete amenity package in the full size kitchen, a separate eating area for two, our standard reclining sofa and a complete electronics package. This features a full size LCD TV, satellite receiver, DVD player and all attached to a Surround Sound System.

The bedroom has a built in washer/dryer, queen size pillow top mattress, for extra comfort, a complete electronics package and private washroom facilities. You will find plenty of storage space included a hamper cabinet, luggage valance and an armoire unit.

The front work office is roomy with ample work station space. Again it has a complete electronics package, reclining sofa and mini appliance package. It also has its own separate washroom facilities so you don't have to worry about intrusion in your accommodation area.

As with all of our floor plans, this unit comes standard with all the latest in water saver devices, a 400 gallon water tank with a matching 600 gallon holding tank. With this feature substantial savings can be realized on site. Our units have unlimited hot water, energy efficient furnaces and central air conditioning. We also equip all of our units with the quietest built in vacuum systems on the market.

This unit has roll shutters on the exteriors of our picture windows, quality blinds on all the window interiors and prints on the walls. All waste containers, mop, broom, and dustpan, everything you need for the basics are included. Comfort does not get any better than this.
