New for our #4400 series, the addition of a 600 gallon holding tank for gray and black water. These are complimented with a grinder system in each end of the unit which mulches all waste material.

We have also added front load washer/dryer systems in each bedroom for privacy and convenience. These units reduce water usage by one half and power consumption by one third. This additional equipment combined with the water saving devices we already have implemented will equate to the sewer tank only to be emptied on an average of once a week with full occupancy of this trailer.

This 750 square foot rig shack is the ultimate in living/working accommodations.

Imagine you are relaxing on our La Z Boy reclining sofa and watching TV thru the built in satellite system or watching a movie on DVD. Or, you are listening to the sounds from our stereo receiver thru the Surround Sound system. Maybe you are sitting back on our high back office chairs reviewing your paper work on our roomy 17 ft. work stations. You will feel right at home. You should. You're in an Auburn trailer.

Have a solid nights sleep on our XL size pillow top mattresses. Don't worry about the noise outside. Our units are so well insulated, you won't hear a thing. Our bedrooms feature an open floor plan with access to the bed from all sides, large armoires, built in clothes hampers, an over head luggage rack and an electronic package.

You will find washroom facilities with separate water pressure and temperature faucet systems on our showers. No interruption of pressure, no sudden blasts of cold water. Our water system is the best, with submersible pumps and an unlimited amount of instant hot water.

Our fully outfitted kitchens features everything from a 1.6 cu. ft. microwaves, coffee makers, can openers, ovens, three burner stove tops, water coolers and a bottom freezer style fridge. It has an extended island style counter top complete with bar stools. We have valances and pleated blinds on our interior windows and numbered prints hanging on our walls. Our built in vacuums are the quietest available including the 2 gallon vacuum in our custom built Geo testing stations.

For 2007 all of our models have water saver toilet and faucet systems. This does not reduce the water pressure for the end user but can realize 1/3 savings in water/sewer usage in a normal day. In 2007 we have also added in this model a night light rope system in the bedrooms and work areas. This feature can be set for motion or manual activation and gives a floor emitted night light to make it easier to maneuver in the dark.

Central air conditioning is standard on all of our units. Our mechanical room has a large capacity 400 gallon water tank, a large capacity washer/ dryer and a very efficient heating system.

As with all of our units this model comes complete with all the amenities such as mop, broom, dust pan, vacuum acc., waste containers and clothes hampers.

These are just a few of the many amenities featured in this floor plan. As with all of our models we build everything in an executive grade with the utmost attention put on quality and detail. We are constantly making improvements to increase the comfort level of our well site trailers and upgrading with features that will also make our products more cost efficient to you the end user.
