This model is new to our fleet for 2008. We understand the need to have a smaller scale model available to meet the needs of today's safety and security issues.

Utilizing a full size model for this application can be a waste of revenue. We now have complimented our fleet with this downsized model.

It has great window access to viewing the site in its entirety. We have incorporated a roomy work station and plenty of storage area. We have designed into this floor plan a 10 foot seating area for orientations, in-house training or general meeting accommodations.

We have wall mounted a full electronics package in the orientation area which includes a DVD player, Satellite Receiver and a 32" LCD TV.

This model features a mini kitchen area with a full size sink, a microwave, coffee maker, water cooler and bar fridge.

As with all our latest models this one has a 600 gallon holding tank for sewer to match the 400 gallon water tank.

It features unlimited hot water heat, central air conditioning, an energy efficient heating system and a full size washroom complete with a shower and water saver appliances.

This unit is mobile and as with all Auburn Rental products, constructed with the utmost care and quality.
